It can be recalled in the previous episode that Rick and Aaron, (Rick Grimes and Ross Marquand) find supplies for the visit of Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s character, Negan, while Carl, portrayed by Chandler Riggs, went with Enid (Katelyn Nacon) to the Hilltop, where Gregory (Xander Berkeley) got mad at them for not keeping their promise of killing the Saviors, and sends them away.
Later, after having finished helping with each other to defend the community after a walker attack, Paul ‘Jesus’ Rovia (Tom Payne) convinces Gregory to let Carl and Enid stay. Because of these events, Chandler Riggs, who portrays Carl, has been speculated to be in danger, according to a report from Last Night On. It can be seen in episode 5 that Carl and Jesus, who were both at the truck, were headed to Negan’s compound. As the previous episodes indicate, mostly bad things have happened in the compound.
